Workforce Development -
Technical Skills Training In an effort to dramatically increase the talent
pool that currently exists in Liberia, it is critical for LIDF to facilitate
the provision of advanced technical skills training programs. LIDF will assess
the workforce development needs of businesses and develop skills-based
technical training programs to meet or fulfill the demand.
